ステーキライスのレシピ

分量(一人前）

牛肉　½　
お米　½　カップ
パプリカ
黒こしょう
レモンジュース　1/3カップ
醤油　1/3カップ
料理酒　1/3カップ
バター　小さじ１
サイコロの大きさ）に切ったトマトと玉ねぎ

作り方
１）　お米に籾殻などが混ざっている場合は取り除く。
２)　３回ぐらいお米をとぐ。 １と２を一緒にしてしまっていいです。
３）　１０から２０分、お米を蒸す。　お米を１０から２０分蒸す。 すでにお鍋にはお米と水がはいっているので、まとめてお米でいいです。
４）　牛肉の両面にパプリカと黒故障をふる。
５)　　牛肉を小さく切り
６）　賽の目に切った玉ねぎとトマトとバターとレモンジュースとお酒と醤油を鍋に入れて温める。(これはソースになります。)
７）　小さく切った肉を鍋に入れる。
８）　　今ライスはもう[青]出来上がった頃です
９）　数分で肉も出来上がります。

今日私は、ごくせんを見終わりました。
全部で１２話（わ）+specialがあります。
